Refund policy

Customers have 20 days to return or exchange an item that is unopened or has been cleaned thoroughly before return. Prepaid shipping labels can be downloaded at the link above, or by clicking the "Manage Orders" tab on our website. A 5% service charge will be applied to all returns and exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned open and/or soiled.

Refunds are not available for any custom items.
