You can order online using our secure shopping cart. Just click on “Add to Cart” when you are viewing the product you want to order. If you would rather not order online, you can fax your order to (831) 427-1375 or send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your information. Just be sure and send contact information with your name, email account, mailing address, and the items you have selected for your order.
We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. During the business week your order will go out the same day it is received if you order before noon pacific standard time or the product will ship the next morning. It normally takes 2 - 3 business days for processing your order over the weekend. If you order next day air shipping on Friday please designate Saturday delivery or your product will arrive on Monday.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express Cards.
Walkabout Harnesses is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California residences.
We normally ship via UPS for emergency orders. We ship USPS for standard shipping. Orders are usually shipped out the same day if we have received your order early in the day. Otherwise, the order will ship the next day. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and destination.
We ship to EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD!!
Just enter in your country on the order form and shipping will be calculated.
International shipments: Walkabout Harnesses will not pay duties on shipments going to foreign countries. If you purchase the harness to be shipped overseas, be prepared to pay the duties on your package. We cannot pay that service for you.
Customers have 15 days to return an item that is unopened or has been cleaned thoroughly before return. A service charge may be applied if the item returned has been opened and/or requires cleaning, however, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned open and/or soiled. The cleaning/restocking fee is $10.00.
Refunds are not available for any custom items as well as products with suspenders added on.
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
