Placing an Order
You can order online using our secure shopping cart. Just click on “Add to Cart” when you are viewing the product you want to order. If you would rather not order online, you can fax your order to (831) 427-1375 or send email to walka1@aol.com with your information. Just be sure and send contact information with your name, email account, mailing address, and the items you have selected for your order.
Order Processing
We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. It normally takes 2 - 3 business days for processing your order before it gets shipped out.
Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express Cards.
Sales Tax
Walkabout Harnesses is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California residences.
Shipping
We normally ship via UPS. Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and destination.
Don't be surprised if you get a box that has been re-used by us. We re-use boxes that we get in or use boxes made from recycled materials. Even our peanuts, etc is re-used. Join the effort and re-use the box your order comes in and help out. If your box is not in good condition, please recycle it.
We ship to the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Returns
Customers have 15 days to return an item that is unopened or has been cleaned thoroughly before return. A service charge may be applied if the item returned has been opened and/or requires cleaning, however, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned open and/or soiled.
Refunds are not available for any custom items.
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at walka1@aol.com.
